CASSADAGA LAKES RUNNING FESTIVAL: A WONDERFUL SUCCESS FOR OUR LIBRARIES! THANK YOU WILSON ENDURANCE SPORTS!!

After about a month of planning with the hard work and dedication of Mark and Tonia Wilson, as well as the volunteers from the Library Board of Trustees, the Friends of the Library Association, and the staff of Mary E. Seymour Memorial Free Library and Cassadaga Branch Library, the First Annual Cassadaga Lakes Running Festival took place on Memorial Day Weekend, May 30th, 2021. With over 200 runners participating, $7,000 were raised for the libraries! All of us at the libraries are moved by this effort and generosity from the sponsors, volunteers, racers, and everyone who was involved in this event! These funds will go to our Solar Panel Project at Mary E. Seymour Memorial Free Library in Stockton and to the general upkeep of our libraries.
